Catherine O’Connell reappointed to a further 4-year term on the Fujitsu Board

I am delighted to share that I have been reappointed as an Independent Audit & Supervisory Board Member of Fujitsu following shareholders' approval at the Annual Shareholders' Meeting held on 29 June 2026.

It is a privilege to continue serving on the Board of one of Japan's most iconic global technology companies for a further four-year term.

When I was first appointed in 2022, I became Fujitsu's first non-Japanese female outside board member and Japan's first non-Japanese woman appointed as an Independent Audit & Supervisory Board Member of a listed Japanese company. While I remain proud of those milestones, what matters even more is the opportunity to continue contributing to stronger governance, effective oversight, thoughtful risk management and the long-term success of the company.

Over the past four years, I have had the privilege of working alongside exceptional fellow Audit & Supervisory Board Members, Directors, Executive Officers and employees who are deeply committed to Fujitsu's transformation and Purpose. I am grateful for the trust that has been placed in me and for the opportunity to continue serving.

I look forward to continuing to bring an independent perspective, international experience and a commitment to good governance as Fujitsu continues its journey of transformation.
